Makes 4 servings
8 slices Multi-Grain Baker's Inn bread
¼ cup skim milk
¼ cup fat-free egg substitute
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon in a 9”x 13” baking dish, mix the milk, eggs, oil, vanilla and cinnamon. Add the bread in a single layer. Turn the pieces to expose both sides to the mixture. Coat the griddle or large non-stick frying pan with non-stick spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Transfer the bread slices to the pan, working in batches if necessary. Brown on both sides.
